Our 4 Day Program
The Te Atawhai experience has been carefully and purposefully designed to be a whole of body experience.
Starting with the most powerful driver of change, our mind, Te Atawhai creates a new sense of awareness and mindfulness around nutrition, movement and mind management.
During the course of our 4 day program you will be introduced to a series of bespoke experiences, such as our unique equine journey, a long with a series of simple daily practices that will reap lasting benefits to your health and well being long after you leave our care.
At Te Atawhai we aim to transform the way our guests think, move and eat in order for them to experience a quality of life that they never thought possible. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
We do more than simply expose our guests to a different way of living – we arm them with everything they need to know to embrace a permanent change in philosophy when it comes to the way they manage their mind, movement and nourishment.
During the course of our program our guests will learn about, and put into practice, a series of small but significant wellbeing strategies or rituals that are designed to seamlessly integrate into our daily lives.

The Te Atawhai Wholeness program runs over four days. The program kicks off with a welcome dinner at 7 pm on the Wednesday and guests are farewelled after lunch on Sunday. There will be maximum of 12 people on each program to ensure that everyone gets plenty of individual attention from our team of accredited specialists and hosts.
