The Te Atawhai Wholeness Retreat  has been carefully and purposefully designed to be a whole of body experience. Our aim is to transform the way our guests think, move and eat in order for them to experience a quality of life that they never thought possible. Find out more on what’s included here.


 The four day retreats need a minimum of 6 attendees to operate. Te Atawhai reserves the right to cancel or postpone any retreat that is under the required number. The retreats are run every fortnight, please enquire with your date to ascertain suitability.

Step 1: Complete the fields below.

Step 2: Please fill in the registration form and return it to us. When your booking is confirmed we will contact you to arrange payment of the $500 deposit, (due within 7 days of confirmation.) The balance is due 14 days prior to the date of the retreat you have selected to attend. If the date of your retreat is less than 2 weeks away you will be required to pay the full amount of the retreat to secure your place. NB: If you are unable to attend the retreat you have selected for any reason, Te Atawhai will hold a credit for you on file for a period of 12 months to allow you to rebook at a more convenient time. Te Atawhai fees, including deposits are non-refundable and non transferable.

Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent confirming your place on the retreat and the receipt of your deposit.

Step 4: A full registration form will be sent by email and must be completed 14 days prior to your arrival to optimise your time with us.
